WATCW supports gender equity and meaningful participation in clean-water work. We aim to ensure that people of all genders can contribute to and benefit from our programs fairly and safely.

Inclusive programs

When planning projects, we seek to understand community needs and encourage the participation of women, girls, and people of all genders in relevant decisions.

Respectful treatment

We expect people involved in WATCW activities to treat one another with respect and without discrimination. Concerns can be shared with us at information@watcw.org.
